Adam Northcott finished his discipline looking to empower, support and help those around him, realize visions, goals and dreams. Focusing on Management and Finance, he realized that teams could be wildly successful and effective, under the right tutelage. Realizing that schooling was a foundation, he understood that real world experience was what was needed to become the most effective advocate in the Telecommunications field.

Technology is ever changing in the business world. This prompted him to cultivate his own practice, one that would effectively intersect his expertise with his passion - and the passions of business owners’ alike.
